North-Ply is insured and bonded by industry leading insurance carriers and a licensed applicator of tier 1 roofing manufacturers.

We are also members of ISN Network, National Roofing Contractors Association, Jackson Area Manufacturers Association, Jackson Commercial Contractors Association, Construction Association of Michigan, Michigan Chamber of Commerce, Jackson Chamber of Commerce.

WHERE WE WORK

North-Ply Contracting Co. primarily works throughout the State of Michigan.

We have completed projects for corporations, school districts, churches, non-profit organizations, and national contractors.

OUR LOCATION

Located in Downtown Jackson Michigan in a renovated building which originally was the engineering building for The Heywood Milling Company in the Late 1800's.

LEADERSHIP

Charlie Dunigan founded North-Ply Contracting Co. in 2015. He brings over 20 years of construction experience. Prior to starting his own company, he worked for a Commercial Roofing Company, Family Construction Company and a Large National Construction Company. Work included Project Management and Estimating on projects ranging from $5,000 to $500,000,000. Charlie has experience from working in the field, estimating, project management, and business management. Featured in Roofing Contractor Magazine as a young gun in the roofing industry.
Charlie has a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and an Associate'sDegree in Engineering Technology from Ferris State University.
