North-Ply is insured and bonded by industry leading insurance carriers and a licensed applicator of tier 1 roofing manufacturers.

We are also members of ISN Network, National Roofing Contractors Association.

WHERE WE WORK

North-Ply Contracting Co. primarily works throughout the State of Michigan.

We have completed projects for corporations, school districts, churches, non-profit organizations, and national contractors.

OUR LOCATION

Located in Downtown Jackson Michigan in a renovated building which originally was the engineering building for The Heywood Milling Company in the Late 1800's.

LEADERSHIP

harlie Dunigan founded North-Ply Contracting Co. in 2015. He brings over 20 years of construction experience. Prior to starting his own company he worked for a Commercial Roofing Company, Family Construction Company and a Large National Construction Company. Work included Project Management and Estimating on projects ranging from $5,000 to $500,000,000. Charlie has experience from working in the field, estimating, project management, and business management. Featured in Roofing Contractor Magazine as a young gun in the roofing industry.
Charlie has a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management and an Associates Degree in Engineering Technology from Ferris State University.
